How fresh is your baklava?
Every tray is hand-prepared that morning in our Bahçeşehir or Yeşilköy kitchen. No baklava is sold the next day. The piece you receive when you order has been made the same day.
Do you ship outside Istanbul?
Yes, we ship throughout Turkey. Shipping is free on orders over ₺3,000. For international orders, please reach us via our contact form.
How long does baklava stay fresh?
3 days at room temperature, up to 10 days refrigerated. Refrigeration extends shelf life but reduces crispiness; we recommend bringing baklava to room temperature 30 minutes before serving. Freezing is not recommended.
Do you accept corporate and bulk orders?
Yes. Corporate gift packaging, branded cartons, custom card messages and bulk discounts are available. Reach us via our contact form or +90 539 513 8003 to discuss.
Do you have vegan or gluten-free options?
Our vegan collection has 3 varieties: walnut, pistachio burma kadayıf and date prince baklava — all made with vegetable oil and date syrup. We do not currently offer gluten-free varieties.
Can I place a same-day order?
Same-day delivery within Istanbul applies to orders placed before 14:00. Later orders are made fresh and dispatched the next day.
Do you cater weddings, memorials or events?
Yes. We accept tray orders for weddings, memorials, openings and special events. Please give us at least 3 working days notice; for large orders we lock the delivery date in advance.
Where do your pistachios come from?
All pistachios come directly from Gaziantep, harvested in season. Early-harvest, stone-ground Antep pistachios (Pistacia vera) — the only pistachio variety protected by EU geographical indication.
