What We Collect

Contact form: name, email, optional phone, message content.
Order processing: delivery address, billing details (for corporate orders).
Automatic: browser type, anonymous traffic statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless, no personal data).

How We Use It

To respond to your enquiries
To prepare and deliver your orders
To meet legal obligations (invoicing, tax)
To improve service quality (anonymous, aggregated statistics)

Retention

Contact form records are retained for a maximum of 12 months after resolution. Order and invoice records are retained for 10 years as required by law.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as legally required. For deliveries, only the necessary shipping information is shared with the courier. Form submissions are transmitted via Resend (EU data centre).
